Photography Services Agreement between Nken Photography and [Client Name]

This Photography Services Agreement is made by and between Nken Photography and [Client Name].

1. Services. Photographer agrees to provide photography services to Client as described in the agreement between the parties.

2. Fees and Payment. Client agrees to pay Photographer the sum amount for the photography services to be rendered under this Agreement. A non-refundable retainer fee of the full amount is due at the time of booking to reserve the date and time of the shoot. The balance of full amount is due on the day of the booking. Payment can be made by card. If payment is not made in accordance with this Agreement, Photographer shall have the right to cancel the services.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling. If Client cancels the shoot less than one day before the scheduled date, the retainer fee shall be forfeited. If Photographer cancels the shoot, the retainer fee shall be refunded to the Client. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, Photographer reserves the right to reschedule the shoot.

4. Ownership and Copyright. All images taken by Photographer are the property of the Photographer, and Photographer retains the copyright to all images taken during the shoot. Client is granted a limited license to use the images for personal or business purposes. Client shall not sell or transfer any of the images to a third party without the written consent of Photographer.

5. Model Release. Client grants Photographer the right to use the images taken during the shoot for advertising, display, publication, or other purposes. Client also grants Photographer the right to use Client's name and likeness in connection with the images.

6. Limitation of Liability. Photographer shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided under this Agreement. Photographer's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by Client under this Agreement.

7. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.

8. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
