In just 30 minutes, I will work with you and your staff to capture the perfect headshot that showcases their unique personality and professionalism. I understand that your time is valuable, so I've streamlined the process to make it as efficient as possible, without sacrificing quality. After the photoshoot, I will carefully select and edit two of the best photos for each staff member, ensuring they look their absolute best. These edited photos will be delivered to you within 96 hours of the photoshoot, so you can start using them for business cards, social media profiles, company websites, and any other promotional materials. Cancellation Policy

Client acknowledges that Photographer's time is valuable and that last-minute cancellations or rescheduling can have a significant impact on Photographer's schedule and business. Therefore, the following policy applies to cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot: Cancellation within 24 hours of the shoot: If Client cancels the shoot within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot time, Client will forfeit the retainer fee paid to Photographer. Photographer reserves the right to charge an additional fee to cover any expenses already incurred or loss of business due to the cancellation. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the shoot: If Client requests to reschedule the shoot within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot time, Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but cannot guarantee availability. If Photographer is able to accommodate the request, no additional fees will be charged. If Photographer is unable to accommodate the request, Client will forfeit the retainer fee paid to Photographer. Client acknowledges and agrees that this policy is fair and reasonable, and that Photographer may suffer damages as a result of last-minute cancellations or rescheduling. Client also agrees to promptly notify Photographer of any cancellations or rescheduling requests, and to work with Photographer to find a mutually agreeable alternative date and time.
